The secrets for a Perfect Pasta

Our workshop on orecchiette and fresh Puglian pasta is an engaging and fun experience where we teach tourists the traditional art of making pasta by hand. Immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Puglia, beetween Olives groves and fruits trees, participants learn techniques to prepare orecchiette and other fresh pasta specialties, guided by our local experts. During the workshop, we enjoy ourselves together, sharing stories and laughter as we knead and shape the pasta. At the end of the session, we all sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor, with a lunch prepared using our freshly made creations. It’s an authentic and convivial experience that allows participants to delve into Puglian culture and cuisine while creating unforgettable memories.

How long does the course take?

It takes 1,5 h for the welcome aperitif and workshop and 1,5 h for the lunch/dinner.

How many people you can welcome?

Maximum 12 people

Is there a vegetarian menu?

Yes! All food⁠ ⁠⁠is vegetarian and organic from⁠ ⁠⁠our garden, we don’t use any meat.

Can you do the workshop to our location?

We usually do⁠ ⁠⁠the workshop at our location but also we can move without any problem, with all the materials we need.

Fun and learning

Patrizia from Suite Pasqà, where we accomodated, suggested us this wonderful experience with her parents, that wouldn't be more enjoyable than this. We enjoyed the experience from the moment we arrived at Dora & Antonio. They welcomed us with a warm welcome and made us make a small tour of their fabulous garden with lots of fresh local produce! I felt so at home and loved tasting their homemade olive oil and their limoncello, so much thought had gone into every part of the course! And then teaching pasta... Dora is a spontaneous person who made learning fun and enjoyable! Antonio was very patient and explained very clearly to each of the various types. Than we had a delicious dinner with them as we were part of the family, everything cooked by Dora tasted so good thanks also to Antonio's genuine vegetables, and every little thing was homemade. The workshop is authentic because Dora speaks only italian but do not worry because all the conversation is translated by Antonio who speaks great english. Thanks again, we had a great time in your smiling family!

Fantastic Experience

Most beautiful experience

"The experience with Dora was the most beautiful experience I had in Puglia. I learned to make orecchiette in an hour, which I didn't think was possible. The food was all delicious and organic. The hospitality of this Apulian family is unparalleled. Don't hesitate to experience it yourself."
