The secrets for a Perfect Pasta
Our workshop on orecchiette and fresh Puglian pasta is an engaging and fun experience where we teach tourists the traditional art of making pasta by hand. Immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Puglia, beetween Olives groves and fruits trees, participants learn techniques to prepare orecchiette and other fresh pasta specialties, guided by our local experts. During the workshop, we enjoy ourselves together, sharing stories and laughter as we knead and shape the pasta. It’s an authentic and convivial experience that allows participants to delve into Puglian culture and cuisine while creating unforgettable memories.

Yes! All food is vegetarian and organic from our garden, we don’t use any meat.
We usually do the workshop at our location but also we can move without any problem, with all the materials we need.
